PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We have the ability to provide a wide array
of services specifically suited to your industry or your business'
particular needs: Below is a list of major services. Please refer

CNC Punching
 We
have two, 30-ton Amada turret punch presses. We have in-house tooling
for hundreds of different hole sizes and shapes, including RS-232,
louvers, and standard electrical knock-outs. Two Auto-Index stations
allows complex parts to be processed with a minimum amount of tooling
and setup time. 300 hits per minute with punching accuracy of .004"..
 Tri-Angle has the latest in CNC Mill Machines, CNC Turning, Wire EDM and
a host of supporting manual equipment. Please see our for more information on all of these items.
Grinding
Tri-Angle is capitalized with Centerless, OD, and Surface grinding
machines to meet all of your grinding needs.
 Welding is performed in accordance with AMS-STD-2219, or the requirements
imposed by our customers. Welding at Tri-Angle is performed by
qualified welders that are certified to AMS-STD-1595. Whatever
the job, we have highly experienced welders that are ready to handle
any task with tremendous care and high standards.
Laser Cutting
 Tri-Angle has been laser cutting since 1992. Tri-Angle's Mitsubishi 2512HB2
Laser has a fully-programmable 4th axis rotary head, along with
a 12" Z-axis to provide tubing and multi side capability.
With a 3000 watt peak power, we can cut up to 1/2" thick steel.
We can also process Stainless Steel, Aluminum, plastics, plywood,
cardboard, Quartz glassware, and many other materials. We can hold
.002" tolerance.
 Tri-Angle utilizes a number of certified vendors for heat treating, painting,
plating, and other finishes. We are your one stop shop for complete parts.
